Reality TV at home

Thank goodness my daughter has grown up to the point she doesn’t need a babysitter anymore. There was a report on the TV news about a neighbor molesting a young child while he was babysitting her. I remember when we needed a babysitter for our daughter, we always had family around that we trusted to take care of her for a few hours or even overnight. I can’t imagine someone having to look for a babysitter and using someone they don’t know. I have seen those videos on TV that someone took using a nanny camera and the videos are not pretty.

I don’t know if I would resort to using a nanny camera because if I was that distrusting of an individual to need a nanny camera in the first place that person would not be in my home to begin with. Those nanny cameras are intriguing though. I can think of other places I would love to see one set up – like my daughter’s classroom at school, I know that her teacher is a jerk and should not be a teacher but that is another story.
